Private Tour Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all private tours and private transportation services.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 15 days before the scheduled service: 75% refund.

  • 14–10 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.

  • Less than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled service: No refund.

  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp and are considered effective upon confirmation of receipt.

Flight Delays and Travel Disruptions

If a guest cannot attend the tour due to flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, or other travel disruptions beyond our control, our standard cancellation policy still applies.

Whenever possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service, subject to vehicle and guide availability.

Weather Policy

Tours operate in most weather conditions.

Refunds are not provided due to:

  • Rain

  • Snow

  • Wind

  • Cold or hot temperatures

  • General weather forecasts

  • Personal concerns about weather

If weather conditions affect the itinerary, we may adjust the route, attractions, or schedule to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience.

A full refund or alternative date will only be offered if:

  • Government authorities officially close roads or attractions.

  • Authorities prohibit access due to natural disasters or public safety emergencies.

  • We determine that operating the tour would be unsafe.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for cancellations resulting from extraordinary events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Civil unrest

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Official border closures

  • Mandatory evacuations

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Changes Requested by the Customer

Changes to the itinerary, pickup location, or service date are subject to availability.

Requests made within 96 hours of the scheduled service may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation by the Operator

If we must cancel a tour due to vehicle failure, illness, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, guests will be offered either:

  • A suitable replacement service,

  • An alternative date, or

  • A full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
